How many reminders does a customer get?
Up to three per cycle: an early heads-up about a week before it's due, a closer nudge a couple of days out, and — only if they still haven't booked — one follow-up about a week after the due date. Once they're marked serviced, the cycle resets.
Do I need to know how to code to set this up?
No. Upload a spreadsheet or add customers one at a time in your dashboard. There's also a Done-For-You setup option if you'd rather send us your list and have us configure it.
Can I write my own reminder emails?
Yes — on the Growth plan and above you can either write your own per service type or have AI compose one for you in a click, which you can then edit freely.
What if a customer doesn't want reminders anymore?
Every email includes an unsubscribe link — once used, that customer is permanently excluded from future sends.
Does the booking calendar double-book me?
No — on the Pro plan, customers only see real availability pulled live from your connected Google Calendar or CalDAV calendar, and every request needs your approval before it's confirmed.
